First put the flour in the mixer. Add salt and add eggs.
Then add the water and knead for 4-5 minutes until the dough comes together.
It should be a hard dough.
Then sprinkle some flour on the counter and put the dough.
To divide the dough, form a round shape and divide it into four equal parts.
Flour the dough and wait for about half an hour.
Let the dough rest well.
Then roll it out with a rolling pin. Cut the dough into strips 3 finger wide.
At this stage, if you flour the dough abundantly, you can easily cut the strips on top of each other.
Strips are cut across as thinly as possible.
Immediately place the resulting noodles on a baking sheet.
You can store the dough in a sunny place for 12 hours or dry it in a high temperature oven.
You can cook the noodles obtained and serve them with yogurt. Bon Appetit!
